WHOOPI Goldberg has abruptly changed up The View’s regular format without warning as she celebrated her 68th birthday.
The moderator decided to do things a little differently since it was essentially “her” day.

She walked out at the beginning of the show and decided to start passing out gifts to all of her co-hosts.
Normally, the hosts would have come out together and Whoopi would have introduced the day’s Hot Topics.
Instead, she spent some time talking about her birthday before introducing the first one of the day.
The Hot Topic she introduced didn’t last very long, which is normally not the length we see of the segment.

Following that, Whoopi decided to bring out the very first guest of the episode around 15 minutes in.
Hannah Waddingham came out and joined the rest of The View’s panelists.
Whoopi seemed to be enjoying her birthday, and got into the celebratory mood quickly.

After spending a few minutes talking about her big day, the moderator got right into the first and only Hot Topic of the day.
“Listen to this because a lot of people are rethinking the concept of age,” Whoopi said. “Don’t do that.”
“Supermodel Carol Alt said she decided to start an OnlyFans account at 62, where she’ll post tasteful nudes.”
Whoopi went on: “She said she’s doing it because it’s the first time in her career that she’ll have control over her own image.”
“And to show woman, particularly, how beautiful woman are at every age.”
Whoopi opened up the discussion and asked: “Does it make you think like you can also do something like this when you get older?”
WHOOPI’S NEXT ACT
The woman all discussed if they would do it and Sara Haines and Sunny Hostin said no.
Ana Navarro didn’t share whether or not she would do it, but said that she was amazed at the amount of money people make off of OnlyFans.
“Like six digits,” she said, as Whoopi hummed.
“Yeah, you might want to rethink-,” Ana, 51, said.
Whoopi pretended to ponder as Alyssa Farah Griffin chuckled off-screen and said: “Whoopi’s Next Act.”
“Whoopi, let me tell you something,-.” Ana started.
“Tasteful nudes?” Whoopi asked, considering it, interrupting Ana.
“Tasteful,” Sara, 46, agreed.
Ana suggested that Whoopi could pose with a bottle of her prosecco.
Whoopi did not seem closed off to the idea.
NEW VIEW?
A View producer and Joy Behar, 81, teased that Whoopi might get a show of her own on a recent episode of the talk show.
Last week, Joy had The View producer Brian Teta on her podcast- Joy Behar’s Dating Dos and Don’ts – Unfiltered!
During the discussion, they chatted about an old segment in which they would “set staffers up on dates.”
Joy and Brian considered bringing it back but claimed it would be a struggle.
“We don’t have anybody – we could if we had a panelist,” Joy suggested.
Brian appeared keen on the idea: “A panelist would be great.”
Joy replied, “Whoopi’s the only one [whose single],” to which the producer said: “We haven’t had a single panelist in a long time.”
She wasn’t convinced that Whoopi would do it but Brian had a suggestion.

“I mean, honestly, if she’s gonna go on dates on television, I think she could get her own series for that.”
